BROC SHOT VALENTINE’S DAY CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE VALENTINE’S DAY CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO AND CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED BELOW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

 

 

1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION:

The Broc Shot Valentine’s Day Contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Broc Shot, Inc. (“Broc Shot”). The Contest is designed to recognize individuals who perform acts of service. Participants can nominate themselves or someone else for the chance to receive free Broc Shot products. Winners will be selected based on the judging criteria outlined below. The Contest begins on 9:00am PT February 14, 2025 at and ends on 9:00am February 16, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).

 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible to participate in the Contest, you must be:

  • A legal resident of the United States;

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;

  • A person who performs acts of service benefiting others; and

  • Able to submit a valid Contest entry (the “Social Media comment”) before the Contest Deadline.

Employees of Broc Shot, their immediate family members, and persons domiciled with any such employees are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

3. HOW TO ENTER:

To participate in the Contest, visit @broc_shot on Instagram and follow the instructions to submit a nomination. Each nomination must include:

  • Nominee’s Instagram handle;

  • A written submission in form of social media comment on the Broc Shot Valentine’s Day instagram post https://www.instagram.com/p/DGD5F60P80u/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== detailing the nominee’s act(s) of service;

  • By commenting on the Broc Shot social media post and submitting a social media comment, Nominator is confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • To receive Broc Shot prize, Nominee must accept Terms and Conditions and provide a physical mailing address to receive the prize. 

LIMIT ONE (1) NOMINATION PER NOMINATOR PER CONTEST PERIOD. Any attempt to submit more than the stated number of nominations by using multiple social media comments or other methods may result in disqualification. Late, incomplete, or misdirected nominations will not be considered.

 

 

4. WINNER SELECTION & PRIZES:

Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

  1. Impact of the nominee’s act(s) of service

  2. Creativity and sincerity of the written submission 

Broc Shot reserves the right to evaluate all eligible entries and select the winner at their own discretion. Winners and Nominators will be notified via direct message within 5 days of the Contest closing. 

Each selected winner will receive a 6-month supply of Broc Shot (approximate retail value: $480). The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash.

 

 

5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

By entering, you:

  • Agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions;

  • Warrant that all information provided is accurate;

  • Grant Broc Shot the right to use your name, likeness, and submitted nomination for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Broc Shot reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or attempting to manipulate the Contest.

 

 

6. GENERAL TERMS:

  • Broc Shot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.

  • Broc Shot is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected submissions, or technical malfunctions that may interfere with participation.

  • The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, California.

  • Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Broc Shot’s Privacy Policy: https://brocshot.com/policies/privacy-policy.
