Shipping and Refunds
Thank you for taking time to review our Shipping and Refund Policy. We will always work tirelessly to remedy unique issues to help support each customer on their wellness journey. Any email sent to hello@brocshot.com will receive an auto-response confirmation and we aim to respond within 24 hours. If you did not receive that auto-response, please be sure to send another email to ensure that your inquiry was received. We are here to help.
Risk-free Trial and Returns
We look forward to supporting your wellness needs and want you to feel confident trying Broc Shot. While we do not accept product returns, we will gladly offer a refund if you are unsatisfied within 45 days of receipt of your first order. Refunds are valid once per customer up to $80. Limited editions, gift sets, stainless steel shakers, shipping or insurance fees are excluded.
Please ensure that Broc Shot makes sense for your wellness needs prior to purchasing. We always recommend that customers consult their physician before purchasing or starting any supplements including Broc Shot. Customers taking blood thinners, those with sensitivities to sulfur or cruciferous vegetables or those sensitive to salicylates should avoid all sulforaphane products including Broc Shot.
Broc Shot stainless steel shakers are final sale and were made to last for years. They should be gently rinsed by hand with warm water after each use to ensure longevity.
Subscription renewals
For subscription customers, refunds cannot be issued on subsequent shipments where the customer failed to adjust or cancel before the processing date. Please make sure that you are receiving Broc Shot emails and that your email address is up to date so that you don’t miss important messages from us. Subscription customers are notified by email 3 days prior to renewal to allow adequate time to make changes, skip or pause your subscription. Should you have any issues adjusting your subscription please email hello@brocshot.com and our team can easily and swiftly help with any modifications.
Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping ( 2-10 business days ) or express shipping (1-5 business days) to our customers. SavedBy package protection is a third-party insurance service offered to protect your purchase during transit. Theft and package misplacement have become far too common, therefore reimbursements and replacements cannot be offered for packages without SavedBy package protection. If you choose to remove SavedBy package protection from your order, we are not able provide a refund or replacement for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Missing or damaged packages
If your package has been marked as delivered but you don’t see it on your doorstep, e-mail us at hello@brocshot.com and we’ll try to help track it down. While we will work hard to help locate your package, once a package has left our warehouse, we cannot offer reimbursement for missing or damaged packages unless the order has SavedBy package protection. For this reason, we highly recommend adding SavedBy package protection to your order so that we can send a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@brocshot.com if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
