Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

All Broc Shot orders ship the same day, within normal business hours. If you order after hours, your order will ship the next business day.  Standard shipping is 2-10 business days. Expedited shipping is 1-5 business days.  Shipping fees displayed at checkout cover transportation only and do not include import duties or taxes.  Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on its way to you.   Currently, Broc Shot only ships within the United States and Canada. We’re working on it - tell us where you’d like to see us next by emailing hello@brocshot.com.  

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@brocshot.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Canada Shipping

We’re excited to offer shipping to Canada! Shipping fees displayed at checkout cover transportation only and do not include import duties or taxes. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs 

For all subscription orders shipping is FREE. For non-subscription orders shipping starts at $6. Expedited shipping starts at $18.73.

Package Protection

While we work tirelessly to offer a seamless customer experience, shipping issues are outside of our control therefore we cannot guarantee reimbursement unless the order has Route Package Protection.
