Our process starts at seed selection. Broccoli sprouts can vary greatly, but the seeds we choose produce a higher sulforaphane content than what's typically available in stores or grown at home.
Through rigorous testing at the seed level, we ensure our sprouts consistently provide at least 15 mg of sulforaphane from about 12-15 grams of our fresh sprouts. To put it in perspective, getting 15 mg of sulforaphane from store-bought or homegrown sprouts might mean eating around 200-400 grams. We're all about quality and simplicity right from the seed.
